All my sessions and workshops can be tailored to your team, your KPI’s, your organisation. And as my sessions are fully interactive I’ll adapt the content as I go, to suit the delegates in the room.

Where did CALM come from?
All I’ve ever wanted was to help Humans be Happier. As I worked my way through the corporate world, eventually leaving to become a coach I was always returning to what makes people tick, how to enable my teams and colleagues develop their own wellbeing strategies, and advocating for organisational strategies that support everyone. This passion became research and eventually the CALM Method was born.
